I'm sorry, bot there is no ultimate listener, there will never be! And there is no need for such one. It's the greatest gift that we all can call us individuals. that's what makes EVERY PERSON interesting.

I have to agree. What makes last.fm unique and interesting and to a degree functional, is its ability to aggregate / compare / link to the individuals who share the experience of listening to the music they like.
Some quasi-random hodge-podge of scrobbled tracks by various and sundried folks (some of which will blindly thinks it is too cool, and others will no doubt attempt to prank the results) doesn't really say or do anything special, does it?
